Our little nest

To say I am little obsessed with "feathering" our nest would be an understatement. I think I change something in our house at least once a day be it moving furniture, changing wall decorations or painting walls. I think I should start a club for "Nesting-holics." It has been a lot of fun to see our little cottage go through some major transformations. Here are a few pics to show just a glimpse of how far we have come.

Here she is in all her glory when we bought her three years ago.

And now!List of the new: front door, garage door, siding, windows, paint, shutters, landscaping. The back three years ago. This picture stinks. I will have to take a better one later. The stone patio and bench look "real nice, Clark."Our living room was pretty sad. We had to paint some extra powerful primer to get rid of the nasty cigarette smell, as well as scrape off every last bit of popcorn on the ceiling! You can't see it in this picture but Joel added a sweet ceiling beam that gives the room a finished feel.Oh man, we'd be rich if someone paid me hourly for all of the changes that have taken place. I think we own some stock in KWAL paint. The walls don't stay the same color very long before that itch to change something needs to be satiated!
